Check us out in the FALL ISSUE of
Country Home Magazine!
Country Home Magazine featured a recently renovated home in Richmond for their fall issue. The thoughtful renovation of this multi-family getaway was done by local designer, Jess Cooney Interiors.
We were happy to accommodate the photo stylist for the magazine, Karin Lidbeck, when she came to Flourish Market to select additional décor for several rooms shown in the article. She was looking for items with texture, color, and history to add a collected feel to each space.
We wanted to share with you this beautiful home and show off the Flourish Market items used in the shoot
.
Stay tuned for Part 2 with additional rooms in our next blog.
SELECTED FOR THE KITCHEN:
1.
Yellowware bowls are a kitchen classic, but vintage yellowware batter bowls are more rare. Imagine the pancakes that were mixed up in this luscious yellowware! This bowl also makes a perfect fruit bowl sitting on the countertop filled with peaches like in the photo below.
2.
Collecting vintage cutting boards is very popular. Functional and beautiful, their patina and well-worn surfaces lend an authentic feeling when layered and leaned against a kitchen backsplash. These workhorses will last many more lifetimes.
